OLA OLA LOMBOK Refund and Cancellation Policy

With that in mind, once the decision has been made to book of any of our service: Accommodation, Surf lessons, Surf or/and Yoga package or any other activity and deposit/payment has been received, we stand firmly by our cancellation policy. Just as important is the fact that once a service is booked, that spot becomes unavailable for someone who would have booked otherwise.

NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS:

-Cancellation request less than 15 days prior arrival day.

– There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a trip early if is not informed, only is possible modification.

REFUND POLICY:

– ACCOMMODATIONS: Cancellations request at least 15 days prior your arrival day: we will refund for up to 100 % of its value.

-ACCOMMODATION: Cancellations less than 15 days before will not be refundable

-PACKAGES Up to 21 days before arrival: we will refund 90% of price

-PACKAGES: Up to 14 days before arrival: 75% will be refundable

-PACKAGES: Up to 10 days before arrival: 50% will be refundable

-PACKAGES: Anything later will be non refundable

OLA OLA LOMBOK reserves the right to: 

-Make route and hotel modifications as needed due to weather, natural disaster or any other reason.

-Is not responsible for any canceled trips, such as airline tickets, or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness. Is not responsible for cancellations, amendments or additional fees due to natural disasters, war, strikes or weather
