OLA OLA LOMBOK Refund and Cancellation Policy
With that in mind, once the decision has been made to book of any of our service: Accommodation, Surf lessons, Surf or/and Yoga package or any other activity and deposit/payment has been received, we stand firmly by our cancellation policy. Just as important is the fact that once a service is booked, that spot becomes unavailable for someone who would have booked otherwise.

NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS:
-Cancellation request less than 7 days prior arrival day.
– There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a trip early if is not informed, only is possible modification.
REFUND POLICY:
– ACCOMMODATIONS: Cancellations request at least 7 days prior your arrival day: we will refund for up to 100 % of its value.
-ACCOMMODATION: Cancellations less than 7 days before will not be refundable
